Anwer:
1.   Monitor setting can be done by double clicking Personalization icon inside the Control Panel. Choose  
      Desktop Background to set the picture. Subsequently, choose a picture to set as the background. If
      you do not wish to have a picture at the background display on the monitor, the picture can be eliminated
      by choosing Soolid Color in the picture location options, and then choose the color as a background.
      Click Ok when you finish.
2.   Sreen saver is to protect the screen from electron that jumps in high because of the magnetic and electric
      field effect inside the monitor tube.

       - Chose the file or folder to cancel the delection.
       - Next, from the menu abobe choose Restore this item or by right clicking the file, choose Restore.
